July 29, 2023 Bonus Content Forward

Bonus Content. A dab or drop here and there. Stuff I find that might be of interest or use to my fellow pro-wrestling fans. Some screen captures including those b-roll shots I love to cap. Just random stuff, every now and then. I never intended for Bonus Content to turn into a mini project yet for this update it did. What was supposed to be a batch of random screen captures centered around Io Shirai's work in Stardom turned into two mini projects revolving around the work of both Io Shirai and Hana Kimura's faction Tokyo Cyber Squad.

So, the last time I wrote a forward for an update was last summer when I started the Evie and Nixon Newell archive content. June 2022 to be exact. And at the last minute, too. So much has changed since that day. I will admit, I feel ashamed adding so much bonus content because when it comes to past content, my focus should be on the missing archive content about the two persons whose work this site is about. But this was a diversion I don't regret making. I hope visitors, current and perhaps new, will enjoy these collections.

The galleries are mostly based around names most will likely be familiar with even if they don't follow Stardom. I did want to connect this update to the greater threads of Team Kick Source which is a fansite about the work of both Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox. The Io galleries mostly feature persons whom Dakota Kai and/or Tegan Nox have worked with over the years. Kairi Hojo, Toni Storm, Kay Lee Ray and Shayna Baszler just to name a few.

I ultimately want Team Kick Source to tell the stories of Dakota Kai/Evie and Tegan Nox/Nixon Newell from start to finish, filling as much in of their work as possible. The facts. Some fun. A bit of admitted bias. Whether they interacted prior to WWE or not. Be it in Stardom. Or Elsewhere. The stories of Kay Lee Ray and others have all been woven into the stories of Dakota Kai, Tegan Nox and IYO SKY. So, I feel this Bonus Io content is actually a fitting companion to the storybook format of the main content of the Dakota and Tegan Sites.

Hana Kimura. I've know the name for years. I know what happened in 2020. I've wanted to check out some of her work for some time. There were plenty of emotions watching what I watched. The most were from this promo. It turned me into a sobbing mess. The Hana gallery was supposed to be some random screen captures that turned into a collection. It expanded to cover her faction Tokyo Cyber Squad. Some galleries are more complete while others are mostly from entrances and pre-match promos. Some members' work is not yet featured.

Interest will determine if the Io in Stardom and Tokyo Cyber Squad galleries are one and done or to be continued in the future. For now, I hope people find the Io in Stardom and Tokyo Cyber Squad screen captures and GIFS useful and entertaining. In addition, there are new Alex Gracia and Brandi Lauren galleries with smaller updates.

I will continue to update Bonus Galleries with current content when available including those Stardom HQ photos, however my main focus at this time will be the promised Evie and Nixon Newell archive updates. And as always and firstmost, the latest content pertaining to Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai. Take care all and enjoy the goodies.
