Bruiser Rhia O'Reilly faced Evie at Shimmer regular spot Berwyn Eagles Club in the Chicago suburbs. Evie returned respect to the crowd prior to the bell with a bow. In the opening exchange, the first salvo went to Evie after she delivered an armdrag to the more powerful Rhia. After grounding Evie, Rhia shouted out: "Oh Really?" to which the crowd (and Evie) shouted back: "O'Reilly!" Evie had barely gotten the words out of her mouth as she waffled Rhia with a roundhouse kick to the head that sent her to the floor. She followed with a PK from the apron.

Back in the ring, Evie raked her boot across Rhia's face and followed with a running face wash in the corner. Rhia gained control choking Evie with a boot to the throat. She followed it up with an aggressive snapmare and chinlock. Evie elbowed her way out only for Rhia to knock her back down with a thigh kick. Rhia monkey flipped Evie to the mat and applied a knucklelock. Evie tried to bridge out only for Rhia to jump on top of her. But Evie impressively bounced her off. Rhia remained in the knucklelock which Evie escaped by monkey flipping Rhia off her.

Rhia caught a kick attempt from Evie in the corner and delivered a blow to the back. The working of the back continued with a vertical suplex. Rhia continued with a Finlay roll. She followed it up with a senton followed by a cocky pin attempt for two. Evie slipped off Rhia's shoulders during an attempt at another Finlay roll and delivered a uranage backbreaker. Evie elbowed out of a waistlock only for Rhia to strike her with a big boot and exploder suplex. Rhia went for her finisher the Rhiadjustment but instead she received an Evie kick to the head.

Evie struck Rhia with her signature charging Yakuza kick. She charged again with an elbow smash but Rhia evaded. Rhia placed Evie for a superplex but instead got struck by several blows. Rhia hung onto the turnbuckle until Evie grounded her with Coup-de-Evie. Evie freed the deadweight that was Rhia from the ropes and covered her for the pinfall victory. The frustrated Rhia stormed to the back as Evie celebrated her win to the crowd's delight. Chicago was and always will be Team F'N Kick Country -- except for a certain night in November 2019.

Later on that evening, broadcast team member Amber Gertner caught up with Evie to ask her what her future plans were in Shimmer. Evie who was on her second visit to the United States told Amber she was ready to show everyone what Team Kick is all about. She was going to prove she belonged in Shimmer and earn her way to championship contention.
