Evie finally got her chance to avenge the attacks by and harsh words from Kellyanne when they had a match at MCW Fifth Anniversary Extravaganza. Kellyanne -- who had made a name for herself in all the Australian promotions except for MCW -- resented 'outsiders' like Evie being brought in to be spotlighted while she was only recently signed to a contract. Her attack on Evie and Kellie Skater at Clash of the Titans got her noticed, now she promised to cement her place in MCW and take out years of frustration by defeating Evie.

Kellyanne and Evie came to the center of the ring for a stare down. It was Kellyanne who tried to strike first. Evie ducked and landed a series of forearms and kicks. Kellyanne got control, lifting Evie onto her shoulders for an electric chair drop. Evie slipped free and tossed Kellyanne to the outside. Kellyanne regained control, pummeling Evie with hard chops to the chest. Evie came back mashing Kellyanne's head to the ring apron before tossing her back into the ring.

Evie stayed in control with armdrags and dropkicks, even countering a powerbomb attempt by Kellyanne into a huracarrana that sent her slumping against the turnbuckles. Kellyanne felt the rake of Evie's boot a few times followed by the running face wash. Evie charged Kellyanne hoping to hit the Yakuza kick but Kellyanne moved away. Kellyanne slammed Evie's leg on the top rope before dragging her to the ring post. She continued working over Evie's leg, smashing it against the ring post four times and bending it over the apron.

Kellyanne continued to work over Evie's leg in the ring. Evie tried to mount a comeback only for it to end as quick as it began with a suplex from Kellyanne. Once again Evie fought back only to get caught in a bearhug. Pressure was put on as Kellyanne squeezed Evie tight, flashing a fiendish smile as she walked around a bit with Evie still in the bearhug. Evie bell clapped Kellyanne to escape and went to run the ropes, only to get cut off with a leg trip.

The work to Evie's leg continued with the Nova Lock submission hold. The ring ropes were so close yet so far away as Evie tried to crawl over to them. Kellyanne broke the hold and smashed Evie's leg to the canvas. Evie was sent to the corner where Kellyanne chopped her hard across the chest three times before whipping her to another corner. Evie moved out of the way as Kellyanne charged at her, however Kellyanne cut off her attempt at offense by snapping her neck over the top rope.

Kellyanne lifted Evie up for a piledriver on the ring apron but Evie pushed her off. The two exchanged strikes and chops until a big kick from Evie sent Kellyanne flying over the top rope and to the canvas. Evie climbed to the top rope. Kellyanne charged at her forcing Evie to leapfrog over her to evade.

Evie thought on her feet, immediately charging back at Kellyanne in the corner to try and hit the Yakuza kick. Kellyanne caught her foot and pushed her on her back. But Evie rolled through and struck Kellyanne with a roundhouse kick as she came at her. Kellyanne didn't go down though, instead she knocked Evie to the canvas lunging at her with a discus clothesline. Both women were down. Evie got to her feet first, taking control with dropkicks and the scorpion kick. She went for TTYL but instead got sent to the turnbuckles by Kellyanne's shotgun dropkick.

Kellyanne charged with the cannonball. Evie leaped out of the way avoiding collision. Kellyanne made her way to her feet only to get struck down again when Evie hit her with the charging Yakuza kick this time. Evie went for the pinfall win but Kellyanne kicked out. Evie signaled a trifecta of running kicks and fought through the pain surging through her leg to connect. She went for a cover but Kellyanne wouldn't stay down for three.

Evie charged Kellyanne in the corner and got struck by an elbow. She shot back at her, rolling Kellyanne into the bottom turnbuckle instead of going for a pin. Evie made her call to go to the top rope using the middle to support her hurt leg. She was too slow on the climb resulting in Kellyanne shaking the ropes to drop Evie onto them. Kellyanne clobbered Evie with a discus punch before climbing to the second rope. Evie fought back, setting Kellyanne up for a superplex to the floor. But Kellyanne blocked it.

Kellyanne lifted Evie onto her shoulders and jumped down from the second rope, dropping Evie throat first onto the top rope. After Evie fell off the ropes and into the corner, Kellyanne charged at her, smashing her against the turnbuckles with a cannonball. She covered Evie who kicked out just before the referee struck the canvas a third time. Kellyanne was in disbelief but refocused quickly, lifting Evie up for the backpack stunner. Evie elbowed her way free and hit Kellyanne with TTYL. She covered Kellyanne who got her foot on the middle rope.

Evie dragged Kellyanne to the corner and ascended to the tope rope where she rallied the crowd. She was going to crash down on her rival with Coup-de-Evie and finish this. But Kellyanne tossed the flannel she had around her waist at Evie to avert her attention. She draped Evie across her back and executed the backpack stunner knocking her out cold. Kellyanne sat on top of Evie pressing her legs down while the referee stuck the canvas three times. It was over. Kellyanne had defeated Evie and cemented herself as a star in MCW.
