The rivalry between Evie and Kellyanne was nearing its one year anniversary. Kellyanne had cemented herself as a star in MCW with her victory over Evie at MCW's Fifth Year Anniversary Extravaganza. Evie had gotten a measure of payback, having it out with Kellyanne in a tag team match and triple threat match, however neither time was she able to pin her rival. Evie would get her rematch against Kellyanne at the same venue their rivalry started. It all began on September 12th, 2015. Would it finally end on September 10th, 2016 with Our Captain prevailing?

Kellyanne came at Evie after the opening bell, just barely ducking a roundhouse kick. Evie motioned with her fingers just how close she was to possibly knocking her rival out cold. Kellyanne went for a running forearm that Evie ducked. The two went back and forth with forearm strikes and evasions until Kellyanne caught Evie on her shoulders off a leapfrog attempt. Evie avoided going down in the electric chair drop, countering into a victory roll for a two count.

Evie took control with a drop toe hold followed by a running kick to the chest. Kellyanne reverse whipped Evie to the corner but Evie cut her off with a drop toe hold to the second rope instead of the turnbuckle. Evie kept delivering offense with boot rakes followed by the running face wash. Kellyanne fell to the floor to regroup but Evie showed her no mercy, striking her back to the floor with a running PK from the apron. Evie went for a second PK but Kellyanne caught her in electric chair position and dropped her face first to the apron.

Kellyanne put Evie back into the ring but didn't go for a pin, intent on hurting The Captain of Team F'N Kick. She took control using a variety of offense including pulling Evie up from the apron and dangling her in a chokehold. Kellyanne used one of Evie's own combos against her, delivering a snapmare followed by a kick to the back that sounded like a WALTER chop. She went for a pin but Evie kicked out. Kellyanne let her aggression out, stomping Eve's head and fingers to the canvas. She didn't let up, bending Evie's leg and stomping her knee to the canvas.

Evie tried to fight back with a kick but Kellyanne caught her leg. Kellyanne delivered a rolling German suplex into the corner. Evie used the ropes to get to her feet in the corner only to be nailed by Kellyanne's knee strike. Kellyanne looked for another charge but this time Evie sent her crashing to the ropes with a drop toe hold. Evie stepped a few feet away instead of going over to the corner. She came at Kellyanne who was slumped on the ropes, striking her with a closer ranged running face wash. Evie ascended to the top only to be cut off by a discus elbow strike.

Kellyanne climbed up to the second rope and put Evie on her shoulders, intent on dropping her on the ropes on the jump down like in their first match. Evie fought her way free and brought Kellyanne down to the canvas with a top rope frankensteiner. Kellyanne and Evie slowly got to their feet, locking foreheads. Kellyanne pie faced Evie to one knee. Evie lunged back, slapping the shit out of Kellyanne. A furious Kellyanne came back at Evie who evaded. Evie took over with some offense including a uranage backbreaker.

Evie charged Kellyanne in the corner. Kellyanne evaded to the ring apron as did Evie, avoiding a crash into the turnbuckle. Chops and strikes were exchanged. Evie landed a roundhouse kick to that nearly took Kellyanne's head off. But Kellyanne wouldn't fall, staying on her feet. Evie fell to the floor after Kellyanne came back with a big boot. Kellyanne didn't waste any time going for her next shot, striking Evie with a cannonball off the apron as she got to her feet.

Kellyanne rolled Evie back into the ring, wanting to score a second pinfall victory over her. Evie kicked out just before the referee's hand hit the canvas a third time, barely staying in the fight. The frustrated Kellyanne went for another quick cover and Evie kicked out again. Kellyanne started to panic a bit, hurrying to the opposite corner to make a charge at Evie.

Evie rolled out of the way as Kellyanne attempted another cannonball. Kellyanne noticed it with enough time to get her foot up on a turnbuckle to avoid a crash. But unluckily for her, she was in the perfect position for Evie, getting nailed in the chest by a charging Yakuza kick. Evie went for a second, this time raking her boot across Kellyanne's face. The third and final got Kellyanne's head with so much impact both women crashed to the canvas. Evie went for the cover but Kellyanne survived, grabbing Evie by the face and thrusting her off.

Kellyanne managed to her feet only to get lifted up for TTYL. She elbowed her way free then nearly decapitated Evie with a claymore knee. Evie kicked out at two. Panic started to seethe into Kellyanne again. She madly screamed down at Evie: "Why won't you die?"

Evie got to her feet and charged at Kellyanne who viciously tossed her into the corner. The impact of the toss hung Evie upside down and helpless in the turnbuckles. Kellyanne came at Evie full steam intent on hitting her with one final cannonball. Evie mustered up every little bit of fight she had left in her heart to pull herself to the top rope and evade. Kellyanne crashed into the bottom turnbuckle but didn't stay down for more than a moment.

Kellyanne charged again at Evie who grabbed onto the top rope to pull herself up. She stomped down on Kellyanne's chest, driving her to the canvas. Evie made her way to the top to finish this with Coup-de-Evie. Kellyanne didn't have enough left in her to continue the fight, however she was intent on getting one lasting moment in before meeting her fate. The defiant Kellyanne gave Evie a middle finger as she collapsed on her back. Evie came crashing down on her rival's rib cage with Coup-de-Evie and finally scored a pinfall victory over her rival.

Evie took a moment to collect herself as her theme music hit and she was announced the winner. It was a hard fought match and well earned victory for Evie. Kellyanne sulked away from the ring as Our Captain celebrated in it. Evie had finally defeated her rival in decisive fashion and could now move on to new opponents and challenges.
