Our Captain had wrestled in New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the United States. She would get her first chance to wrestle in Europe as part of the inaugural NXT European Tour where the crowds are rowdier and many of the smaller venues have distinctive and unique looks. The first stop was Download Festival at Campsite Village in Donington Park, Leicestershire, England for a two day showcase.

Dakota Kai defeated Lacey Evans on June 8th 2018. On June 9th 2018, Dakota teamed up with her besties Steffanie Newell -- now going by her new ring name Tegan Nox -- and Candice LeRae to defeat Bianca Belair, Lacey Evans and Nina Samuels. During the six woman tag team match, Nox suffered a minor injury that would remove her from competition for the rest of the tour. Dakota would take Nox's place at Progress Chapter 71 on June 10th 2018 which you can read about in another entry.

To close out the tour, Dakota competed at NXT House Shows at Cirque d'Hiver in Paris, France on June 11th 2018 and at Stadsschouwburg in Antwerp, Belgium on June 12th 2018. Both shows saw Dakota Kai and Candice LeRae defeat Bianca Belair and Lacey Evans.
