Nixon Newell would compete in a four-way match against Kay Lee Ray, Jade (Mia Yim) and Toni Storm. All four competitors would eventually become staples in NXT and NXT UK as part of The Greatest Women's Division during the Black and Gold Era. But a few years prior they would compete in Southside Wrestling Entertainment to see who was the best -- KLR refused to up the ante and put the Queen of Southside Championship on the line. But any match against a champion is a chance to score a statement victory and perhaps even earn a shot at the title.

After the opening bell, KLR exited to the floor for a lengthy respite. To prove her point she took a seat in the crowd while Jade, Toni and Nixon did a three-way test of strength to jockey for position. Jade came out on top, armdragging Toni who in turn armdragged Nixon. KLR would enter the fray trying to catch Jade off guard only to receive a drop toe hold. Jade rolled KLR up for the pin with an Oklahoma roll but Toni broke it up with a sunset flip. Nixon followed suit rolling up Toni but KLR saved the match with a kick.

All three competitors stopped KLR from making another exit when she saw all eyes were focused on her. Jade whipped Nixon to the corner where she splashed KLR. Nixon in turn whipped Jade to the corner so she could smash KLR's face with a big boot. Toni ended the onslaught delivering charging double knees to KLR's face. Toni quickly went for a pinfall attempt but Jade broke it up. An argument and shoving match ensued. Feeling left out, Nixon waved that she was present.

Jade and Toni went for a double clothesline but Nixon ducked it. Before she could charge back with offense, KLR dragged her to the floor. Jade and Toni traded strikes inside the ring while Nixon whipped KLR into the ring post. Back in the ring, Jade and Toni traded big boots. Toni sunset flipped Jade but Nixon broke up the pin attempt. Nixon applied a camel clutch on Toni who was still on top of Jade who grabbed KLR's leg as KLR stretched back, grabbing Nixon by the neck with a submission of her own.

The four-way submission hold fell apart quick. Nixon unloaded a series of forearm shots on KLR who ducked under the arm and delivered a savate kick. KLR sat Nixon on the top rope but Nixon paintbrushed her with a slap. Jade and Toni hurried over to the ropes to cut Nixon off from more offense. They went for a superplex until KLR tossed them to the canvas followed by Nixon. She stayed in control going from corner to corner to boot choke her three opponents.

KLR turned her focus to one opponent, grabbing Toni who snuck behind and delivered a German suplex. Nixon picked KLR up and dropped her on her neck with a German suplex of her own. Jade was not going to be left out, grabbing KLR and tossing her over her head with a high arching German suplex. KLR fell to the floor as Jade prepared Nixon for a package piledriver. Toni broke it up delivering a roundhouse kick to the back of Jade's skull. Nixon superkicked Toni before cutting off KLR at the ropes.

Newell went for an avalanche German suplex on KLR but Toni grabbed Nixon in a waistlock. Jade did the same to Toni. All four women shook the ring with a spectacular German suplex variant of the Tower of Doom. Jade got to her feet first, executing the package piledriver on Toni and covering her for the pinfall victory.

Nixon might have lost but at least her Lucha Cousin's Lucha Sister got the win.
