Please Note Regarding Sean Jones & Kike Caballero: The poster for this event lists their tag team name as Los Rebels Banditos. Meanwhile, the Title Match Network website and name graphic during the video of the event lists it as Los Rebel Banditos. I’ve seen it as one or the other depending on the source. As such, I’ll go with what Title Match Network calls their tag team name. If I’m mistaken, I can always change it in the future.
April 2026 was a good month for Violent Romance. The couple picked up a huge tag team win at Ladies Night Out 16 during WrestleMania Week, followed by another against Airica Demia & Joiya Blake at AWE ROAR #2 on April 26. Momentum was on their side heading into a new month. May 2, 2026. Houston, Texas. Evolution Dojo. Evolution Lucha Libre & Texas Kombat League Present: Fight Night. Violent Romance, Newell & Miranda Alize, took on Kike Caballero & “Rebel Rock” Sean Jones, collectively known as Los Rebel Banditos.
Before the action started, Kike presented a foul smelling flower to Nixon right in front of her girlfriend. Mistake. But Miranda let Nixon have all the honors, stomping the crap out of the foul flower, then to be kind handed it back to Jones who rudely snatched it away. Nixon showed kindness only for Porn Mustache…I mean Rebel Rock to be rude. Alize & Newell took it right to them, smacking the hell out of both. Nixon caught Alize in wheelbarrow position, assisting her onto Kike’s shoulders to canvas him with a flying headscissors.
Alize tripped Kike, setting him up for Nixon to waffle him with a running PK. The pain continued for Kike, receiving a spinning headscissors followed by a rollover into an armdrag from Alize. Kike came at Alize, tripped throat first to the middle rope. Alize followed with a charging elbow smash to the back. Alize wobbled Kike with a headbutt, only to receive one from Kike who came flying at her off a whip like a human battering ram. After taking back control with a flying leg lariat, Alize tagged in Newell while Kike did the same to Jones.
Nixon canvassed Jones with two armdrags followed by a charging flying headscissors. Flying leg lariat. Charging uppercut. Nixongiri to the back of Jones’ head. Crossbody from the top rope for two. Jones crushed Nixon with a sidewalk slam backbreaker, then kept her on his knee so Kike could strike her with a flying elbow off the top rope for two. The Banditos worked over Nixon with kicks and strikes on their side of the ring. Jones upped the punishment, lifting Newell up for a delayed vertical suplex for two.
Jones gave Nixon an atomic drop then flexed his muscles. There is a reason you don’t see atomic drops in women’s matches. It didn’t even faze Nixon. But the two atomic drops she gave Jones directly to his testicles…he was surely icing them after the match. Jones made a desperate tag to Kike who knocked Alize off the apron before Nixon could tag out. A swift DDT canvassed Newell. Jones and Kike made a series of quick tags, taking turns stampede stomping Nixon in their corner. The Banditos with a tribute…or threatening message?
Newell got her second wind, smacking Kike across the chest with a series of slaps before getting a knee to the gut. Newell leapt toward Alize for a tag but Kike caught her, putting a stop to her hope with a spinebuster for two. Kike lifted Nixon with a vertical suplex, delaying a drop so Jones could tag in. After Kike dropped Nixon on her back, Jones came off the top rope with an elbow drop for two. Jones with a neckbreaker for two. Kike held Nixon so Jones could deliver a chop, but Newell moved and Jones struck his own partner to the apron.
Jones maneuvered Newell to another corner for an Irish whip to the opposite. Nixon held onto the ropes, smashing Jones with a Welsh headbutt followed a clothesline Hell would be proud of. Finally, Nixon was able to tag in Miranda. Kike tagged in for his team, taken down by a flying headscissors from Alize followed by a wheelbarrow armdrag. Alize and Newell took turns hitting Kike with charging uppercuts in the corner. Nixon swept Kike on his bottom, setting him up for Alize’s running facewash followed by Newell’s cannonboar.
Alize went for a pin but Jones saved the match for his team. The Banditos laid Alize out with a Russian leg sweep and STO tandem. Kike tagged out to Jones. The Banditos lifted Alize up on their shoulders for another double team move, hopeful it would give them way to victory. Nixon put a stop to that hope, ducking under and superkicking the ever living shit out of Kike sending him flying over the top rope and all the way down to the cold hard floor. Alize took Jones to the canvas with a cutter, leaving him prone for her shining wizard. 1-2-3. Your Winners are Violent Romance.
