July 16th 2021. Toyota Center. Houston, Texas. SmackDown. The WWE main roster was back on the road holding events in front of full capacity crowds for the first time since March 9th 2020. WWE Money in the Bank 2021 was just under 48 hours away. Shotzi & Nox rode into the Toyota Center still on cloud nine following their non-title victory over WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Natalya & Tamina during the July 9th episode of SmackDown. They would compete as a team in front of live fans for the first time in a re-match against Natalya & Tamina.

Like the previous match, this encounter was non-title. But the caveat this time was it would be a Championship Contenders Match where if Shotzi & Nox won, they might be in line for a future title match against the champions. They rode to the ring on the TCB Tank, firing off a t-shirt to the crowd. Women's Money in the Bank Contract Match participants Liv Morgan and Zelina Vega were at the commentary table, scouting fellow participants Natalya and Tamina.

The champs controlled the early going after Tamina knocked Nox off the apron to the floor. This allowed them to work over Shotzi until Nox recovered and tagged in. Nox caught a charging Natalya, delivering a forearm shot, chop and uppercut. Tamina got staggered on the apron with a dropkick. Nox acquainted her with the floor courtesy of a Wild Boar cannonball. Natalya came at Nox who sent her to the turnbuckles. Charging uppercut followed by a cannonball. Nox struck Natalya with The Shiniest Wizard. Tamina made the save on Nox's pin attempt.

Natalya came to her feet first, trying to lock Nox in the sharpshooter. A ringside scuffle ensued between Morgan and Vega. Natalya was distracted by Morgan launching herself off the ring steps striking Vega with a flying clothesline. Nox turned Natalya's effort into an inside cradle to score Shotzi & Nox a second victory over the tag team champions. Two victories over the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, each picked up by one of the two respective challengers. It could be argued, no ASSURED Shotzi & Nox had their own future title match in the bank.

On the July 23rd 2021 episode of SmackDown, Shotzi & Nox put aside their wrestling gear for handywoman outfits trying to repair the fire button on the TCB Tank canon. Kevin Owens was present to offer some advice but Nox revealed they already tried it to no avail. Moments later, Nox tried hitting the fire button yet again with her hammer. Bum Ass Corbin's recent string of bad luck continued when the tank dart hit him in the bollocks. The tank was fixed!
